I feel a little sick. This is just one more reason to hate Sri Lanka, and most of the people that live. I - they- fuck. How could they do that?! They grabbed a woman, they could have pulled her out and saved her life, but instead they ripped off the chain and let her fall?! Hell, she might have even given them the chain as a reward for saving her. Or they could have just robbed her and run away.

They didn't have to let the tsunami take her. They didn't have to let her die.

And just think, I might be working in Sri Lanka over the summer. Joy.

Sorry to disappoint you, but this kind of walking refuse exists all over the world.

One example is when the ferry Estonia sank some years ago, there was looters ripping gold-rings, watches and wallets off of passengers WHILE THe FERRY WAS SINKING!
Instead of making certain that they would survive, they were busy plundering everyone else...

The ferry that sank outside Egypt not long ago?
Crewmembers were seen ripping lifevests off passengers to save themselves.

*sighs* How could they? Who knows. It's disgusting, disturbing and WRONG. I hear of that in a few situations and this is just another one to add for my hatred towards a portion of the human race. Some people do not deserve to be alive.
