Don't move! ;-; How are we supposed to stalk you then?

Yah... I don't always read the entire Andalite Chronicles (even though I think it may be my favorite of the Chronicles), but I always have to read that scene. It makes me bawl. My roomie finally read the entire series last summer and I was like, 'ELFANGOR AND TOBIAS. *SOB*' ;-; I thought that was an interesting twist. I know I didn't see that coming. :P

I cried over Sirius dying, but that's because Sirius is my favorite character so I'm allowed to. But his death was lame. >_o;; I guess I've never really compared HP and Animorphs... I don't often compare books, I guess. I would say I prefer HP because that's just something I would read over Animorphs, but when I'm in the mood for some Animorphs, I can literally sit there for hours and just read. :P

XD No Sweet Valley Twins. I don't think I've ever read any books from that series. I guess I was always more of a fantasy person, so Tamora Pierce was my personal god. :P

I wouldn't say Ax is ruthless as much as... practical, I guess. I'm not sure. He never struck me as ruthless. Marco struck me as a little ruthless though, in a very calculating sort of way. Jake sorta tries to balance doing what is 'right' and doing what's needed, so that's always been interesting, while Cassie is just completely on the moralistic side. But I can see her point, which is why I don't dislike her. Not like in House, where the female character's moralistic bullshitting makes me want to beat my head against a desk.... :P

It's a great series because when I first read it, I didn't THINK about all those issues. I just read it and... went on. But now when I reread, I'm just amazed at everything that went on in that series that just went over my head. I appreciate it more, in a way. It's kinda like Avatar... I watch that and just think, 'Do the 12-year olds watching this UNDERSTAND all the shit that is going down?' and I'm amazed. I like how you can reread or rewatch something when you're older or not the target audience, but there's still a powerful message in it that younger people might not catch on. It's neat. ^_^
