The angsty secret of your past: you had to kill your best friend on order to defeate the Bad Guy before the Bad Guy of the anime. Coincidentally the Bad Guy before the main Bad Guy was your other best friend.

Your dramatic moment: coming up with the plan to finally kill the Main Bad Guy. Unfortunately the Hero has to die and there is no other way to win.
