Ok. Since I couldn't reply in the last post.. I'll do it here.

The week after 9-11, the phone lines were pretty much off the hook in Washington DC and New York...as far south as Virgina. Keep in mind that he may not be able to contact you just yet because of that. Especially if their phonelines are as jumbled and screwed as the phones were here in 2001.
