XDDD I do deletions of comments that I can't think of replies to, but generally speaking, I let them stack up then roll up my sleeves and get down to work. It's either that or feel guilty.
Oooooh. Lucky. With my black hair, I can't get permanent blue unless I bleach it first and I'm terrified of bleaching my own hair or having anyone else do it. XD

Yeah? I've had blue streaks twice but both times, they were the spray-on wash out kind. XD And right, I shall keep that in mind!
