Contraception defined as abortion?!

What. The. Fuck.

Are they INSANE? What about all those countries all over the world that need American aid money, and women's clinics? What are they supposed to do, just hand out Pap smears and advocate pulling out? The global gag rule is bad enough. This? This is just beyond STUPID.

The world is already suffering from overpopulation. The last thing we need is more unwanted, unplanned-for babies.

Tell that to President Bush, and if you've got the cash to spare, make a donation to help Planned Parenthood fight it.

All the extremists thinks that now is the time to get their pet idiocy through as law...

My advice to any thinking American is to get the H! out of there while they still can...

I have very low expectations of Bush as a president, but OUTLAWING CONTRACEPTION? There's just a level of insanity there that does not compute. Seriously, are we trying to go BACKWARDS? We advance our technology to the point that women don't have to get pregnant unless they want to, and now we're taking away that ability? I seriously don't understand how they think that this is a good idea at all.

(All right, Constitutional Monarchy since we voted to import a king back when we kicked the Swedes out back in 1905.)

Not really...

When we kicked out the Swedes in 1905 there was held a vote and about 99.something% of the votes was to stay a monarchy. Then we just needed to find the right person, and since we didn't have much blue blood*, it was decided to 'import' some, and an invitation was sent to a Danish Prince. As he already had a son, it was a two-for-one bargain, too.

* Search far enough back into someone's history and you'll be certain to find one of more kings. The vikings probably didn't have much else to do in the evening... And most of them admitted to their 'bastard' children...
