PARALLELS LETTER
Dear Author/Artist,
Hello! Whatever you make, I hope you have fun with it. My listography has a very detailed list of tropes I like/don't like.
This letter's just to toss you a few plot bunny suggestions, but please feel free to ignore them if you have better ideas! I'm also a major fan of AUs, so you can totally kick them into a different setting if you want.
King's Avatar:
I love angry, jealous one-sided Sun Xiang/Ye Xiu where Sun's just SO MAD AT HIMSELF for how much he wants Ye Xiu and how he can't stop wanting Ye Xiu. Bitter revenge fantasies, maybe? If you're comfortable writing porn, self-loathing masturbation while trying to fantasize about hurting Ye Xiu but having the fantasies constantly turning sexual instead would be amazing.
Huang Shaotian is hands down my favorite character, at least in part because he NEVER EVER SHUTS UP. I ship Ye Xiu/Huang Shaotian hardcore, but honestly, I'd like him with any of the chars I listed. Maybe something with him thinking they're mad at him for talking too much, or he won't shut up during something important, or he keeps rambling about shit and sneaking little compliments into it? Or their lover trying to see just how much it'll take to shut him up. Or Sun Xiang or Liu Hao using Huang Shaotian somehow to hurt Ye Xiu if it's a Ye Xiu/Huang Shaotian fic?
Steamed Bun Invasion is comic gold. He and Huang Shaotian would be a hilarious couple but I actually also like him with Ye Xiu. Maybe something with him dragging Ye Xiu out and being totally over the top about how much he LIKES HIM and dramatic gestures of love? Or Steamed Bun Invasion gets to show off his real life brawler skills when they get mugged during a date!
Love Live:
Nico/Eli! What do you think they're like as adults? Nico as a famous idol and Eli as her manager, Nico as a VA and Eli as her agent? Or is Eli the famous one and Nico's just counting the house and watching her face for new wrinkles? I would love them as a ship but separate characterization pieces would be awesome too, maybe with them having dated in the past and missing each other?
Only real request here is please no other ships with named chars (no past Eli/Honoka, etc). NPCs or OCs as minor chars (like them being married to people for the sake of their careers) is fine!
Revolutionary Girl Utena:
Anthy/Utena all the way! I'd love a realistic take of it, where Anthy's being sexually abused by her brother and Utena finds out and tries to save her. I'd just as much love a post-series fic or art piece where Anthy finds Utena. Maybe it's Anthy's turn to save Utena then, maybe Utena's in a thousand pieces and Anthy has to put her back together, maybe Utena's suffocating in a school where they won't let her wear the boy's uniform, maybe Utena's trapped in a mirror and Anthy can't figure out how to get her out - anything, everything, I just love those two and their high-stakes relationship.
