When you see this, post a piece of poetry in your journal.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft star that shines at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there, I did not die.

Mary Frye (1932)

I was thinking of using that same poem in my journal. One of the few poems that I love. I thought that the poem's author was never revealed?

Most of the sites I checked cited her... and I can switch if you like, there's another poem I like better which is also more surreal and hence more fitting for me.
