Still found it though.
Aww... well... hmmm... maybe enlarge it and use the smudge tool... or darken and see if you can wipe away the glow?

Soo X_x Besides, really not fair for people to try to make me happy - whether it's b/c I don't deserve it or can't make them happy after all *nods*
