Link of the Day: Gay Marriage across the US.

A nicely drawn map of the US, color-coded to show the various regions that are for, against, and silent on the issue of gay marriage. Rather depressing to look at, so you might want to bear in mind New Jersey's rule on gay marriage while you read it.

Okay, so as most of you already know, Fossil Fuel was my absolute favorite flavor of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. My comfort food. My rainy day, too tired to write papers but have to anyway, don't want to eat proper meals, can't be bothered to care type of treat.

WAS.

Why?

Because the fudge swirl has now been replaced by a crispy fudge swirl. I just opened up a pint and really, ew. Not only does it taste like chocolate Rice Krispies but it completely ruins the smooth consistency of the ice-cream.

This is an outrage, mostly because Fossil Fuel is the only flavor of ice-cream that I actually like (anything with caramel, mint, alcohol, nuts and marshmallow are automatically out which rules out nearly everything) so I'm now left treatless. *pouts*

Er, newsflash?? 'Treat' implies that it's relatively rare. The word you're looking for is 'staple diet' :p

They've done that to things I enjoy... in fact, for Samantha, they took off what she loves the most completely off the shelves in the stores we go to.

Perhaps they'll change it back if they get complaints - like what they did to Coca Cola (I believe, or Pepsi) years ago.
