Democrats thrown out of church.

You know, when people talk about the separation of church and state, they usually mean that the government shouldn't take its cue from religious law. (Like Bush is doing.)

I don't think that they anticipated the church changing the way it operates to punish members of certain political parties.

I don't know if I'm more amused or disgusted.
