Hello Purimgifts Writer!

Thanks for signing up to this exchange and offering to write for me. I’ve included a couple of suggestions for things I’d love to see but those are all just if you want extra guidance. Feel free to do whatever you like but please don’t include ships I haven’t listed. ^^;;

In general, I like dark, angsty, emotionally-heavy pieces. I'm not interested in fluff, but I love unhealthy relationships, obsession, addiction, emotional manipulation, blackmail, guilt, coercion, abuse of authority and hate-flirting/black rom.

I also really like AUs, but please no mundane AUs (office, flower shop, coffee shop, etc). I prefer AUs of the canon, like what-if X happened or didn't happen. Outsider POV is awesome!

Scholomance - Naomi Novik:

SHIPS: Gwen/Ophelia, El/Orion, Aadhya/El, Liu/El, Liesel/El, Chloe/Aadhya, Liu/Chloe, Liesel/Chloe, Balthasar/Ophelia, 

• Aadhya (Scholomance) - I love her and her family and everything about her. Write me anything you want. Only please avoid her dead sister, that’ll wreck me.
  
  

• Chloe Rasmussen - Chloe crushing on El a little, Chloe dating Aadhya or Liu, Chloe joining in actively on the raising of the Golden Enclaves, Chloe’s multiple attempts to befriend Orion when they were younger out of real gratitude and the failure thereof?
  
  

• Liu: The little story about her and her cousins was the cutest. I'd really some more family stuff with her and the freshman twins, maybe their POV on her and El? I ship Liu/El hard too, so an AU where El is a malificer and Liu teams up with her would be great, or something where Liu befriends her because she is taking the malificer path and thinks El is too, but then realizes her mistake but by then it's too late because she's in love?
  
  

• Galadriel "El" Higgins - I love AUs! Maybe where Ophelia finds Galadriel young and/or where El is raised with the Sharmas? Where she does go evil? Where she’s the school hero from the start and Orion is weird loner with a mal-obsession? Where she actually does show off her powers (accidentally?) in the first year and everyone is terrified except Orion and her original squad?
  
  

• Liesel - future fic where she DOES take down the Domina of Munich and her father and her father’s wife! Doesn’t have to be death, I am fine with exposure and shaming. I just want to see Liesel get some vengeance for her mother.
  
  

• Ophelia Rhys-Lake - I ship her with Gwen, if you feel like writing that! If not, I’d love scenes of her seeing Orion grow up and realizing he’s not right, or AUs where she gets her hand on El and raises her alongside Orion or warps her into a maleficer only to have El take her down anyway.

Temeraire - Naomi Novik

SHIPS: ...I'm mostly ship neutral here, I just like gen with the dragons. The dragons are my favorite characters, I'll be honest, and their interactions with their humans or each other.

• Iskierka — I LOVE HER, SHE’S SO COOL. Her bickering with Temeraire is always hilarious and also her dressing up of Granby. Something that hits both of those, or her being a matchmaker with Temeraire, or jealous of Perscitia getting so much attention/time from Temeraire, would be great!
  
  

• Perscitia is best dragon, no arguments allowed. I’d love to see people sucking up to her to try to become her captain and Perscitia shutting them down. Or friendship fic with Lady Allendale would be awesome!

• Emily Roland: another admiral? YES PLEASE. Or maybe even higher in rank? I love her to pieces.
  
  

• Alice Pemberton - Okay, this is ridiculous, but hear me out -- Pemberton as an aviator or a Member of Parliament. I would LOVE to see her getting some power and cutting people dead with her perfect manners and austerity. Especially working as a team with Perscitia!

League of Legends:

SHIPS: Star Guardian Lux/Star Guardian Jinx, Morgana/Soraka

• Star Guardian Lux: How did she become a Star Guardian? What did she think of it? How did she meet Jinx? Where ARE they during the latest Star Guardian showdown? What if she becomes corrupted as well like all the Star Guardians are doomed to be? What could save her?
  
  
• Star Guardian Jinx: All of the above questions, except for Jinx. Would love a power-of-love saving-each-other type of redemption if either goes dark.

 

• Soraka: Anything focusing on how strange it is to be an immortal among humans. Maybe why she looks so clearly inhuman, if she’s ever tried looking otherwise, a look at her through the eyes of people she’s healed all over Runeterra, her eyes watching the Rune Wars or the Ruination?

 

• Morgana: Another immortal! Or at least, the daughter of the Aspect of Justice. Thoughts on what Morgana might’ve expected to become when she grew up? How she felt when she realized her mother was dead/that Aspects can die? If she ever thinks of Kayle or why? I ship her with Soraka so maybe Soraka helping Morgana with her issues?

 

• Nilah: Okay, so pre-possession Nilah is pretty much me and I love her. Can’t believe League finally has a South Asia-equivalent but it’s all the way over the ocean from Valoran! Anyway, anything to do with her will make me happy. Pre-possession Nilah reading books and dreaming of being a hero, post-possession Nilah going back to her home chasing a monster and seeing her family not know her/unable to speak of her. Is there even anything human left under the demon of joy?

Also Talon/Vlad is my OTP and if you put in even a crumb for them, I will be overjoyed. I can’t request them as a main thing because this is a female/Jewish-centric fandom but if you want a background ship for anything, this is definitely the one.

King’s Avatar:

SHIPS: none applicable

• Tang Rou: I’d love some humor of her and her father learning to play Glory, the snippets we had were great!

• Shu Kexin & Shu Keyi: I’d like more about their backstory, maybe how well they get on with their twin, if they ever regret not joining Team Happy.
  
  

Story of Yanxi Palace:

SHIPS: Wei Yingluo/any female character

• Empress Fuca: Would love AUs where she lives. Maybe Seventh Prince lives too? Wei Yingluo comes back in time to save her. I just feel like she deserved so much better! She also deserves better than to be constantly chasing his Majesty’s favor, anything where she gets over him would be great.
  
  
• Wei Yingluo: She takes her sister’s place in the palace? Or she marries Fuheng and gets an actual happy ending with less scheming? Heck, she can fake the Empress’ death and run away with her and Mingluo, I’m fine with that too! Just let my faves live free and unrestrained. An AU where her murder of Prince He succeeds would be awesome too!
  
  
• Mingluo: baby girl did not deserve to die and I will go to my grave screaming that. Please fix it. 

 

• Chenbi: I realize she’s a villainness but her story is so, so tragic. I’d love to see something where her friendship with Wei Yingluo is real.

Animorphs:

SHIPS: Tobias/Rachel

• Rachel: I love Rachel so much. I love her fierceness, I love her courage, I love her bleak self-knowledge and how she charges ahead anyway. Rachel/Tobias is my OTP so please don't split them up. Maybe something with Rachel and Toby talking? Or Rachel and Taylor? Just any sort of character piece. Something where she lives would be fantastic but it’s not necessary. I think she got the best death she could. Maybe an AU where Crayak gets to her first? Or the Ellimist takes her to be his helper after she dies?
  

Yu-Gi-Oh:

SHIPS: Mai/Ryuuji, Rebecca/Mokuba

• Mai: Mai’s got such a tragic backstory and she hides it so well. I love how she’s got that spine of steel and the way she weaponizes her looks ruthlessly without feeling any need to carry through. Backstory of Mai, what it was like to grow up a little rich girl who’s suddenly alone, how she became the Duel Monsters warrior she is, any of that! I like her being shipped with Ryuuji, two attractive broken people who laugh and act flawless, but that’s totally optional.

 

• Rebecca Hawkins: Love her drive and the fearlessness. Anything where Mai maybe helps her grow into herself, or gives her a makeover, or the two of them just absolutely serving up looks and ignoring everyone drooling? She’s so smart. I’d love to see her growing up to run a company of her own!
