Link Of The Day.
Oct. 8th, 2006 06:27 amGoing over some of my old dj entries, I noticed that I'd run a link of the day section for about a month, where I'd just make an entry with a link and a short explanation of why that link should be clicked. So, I'm trying that again -- no limits on what the links are to, could be games, fic, boys kissing, girls kissing, politics, anyway. I'll try to mix it up.
Link of the Day: Halloween costume trends, 2006.
Princess in the lead, and Pirate's in second place. Know what caught my attention? Ninja's only in 13th place. Poor ninjas. More people dress up as pumpkins than ninjas!
Also, Batman's in place 15. After SpongeBob Squarepants. But who's surprised? It makes perfect sense that kids would rather dress up as a giant yellow sponge in pants than a guy who wears tights and his underwear on the outside -- I mean, really, which costume do you think is more appropriate for cold October nights?
